Return Policy Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. In order to help us facilitate the return credit process, please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, and dust bags. It may take 5 - 7 days once the item is in our warehouse for the credit to be processed. Confirmation e-mail will be issued once the store credit is entered into our system. You must include the bottom portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records. Swirl will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise. * Our Standard Return Policy does not apply to Clearance items. These items are considered final sale and are not returnable. Store Credit
The Order History section under "My Account" will show the status of your current order as well as any information on previous orders, including amount credited to your Swirl account. Your store credits can also be viewed on the "Check-out" page of your account. Merchandise Defects and/or Damages Please be ready to provide the Swirl Associate your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email or your packing slip. The Swirl Associate will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Swirl will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Swirl prior to returning an item, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and you may experience delays in processing your damaged or defective item return. Make sure to return the damaged or defective item with the return label and packaging slip within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund, an exchange or store credit. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier. |
