Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail as soon as your order is processed. This will contain your order number along with any other information regarding that particular order.

Order History
Your order history can be viewed under the "My Account" section. It will include your current and previous orders, order numbers, shipping information, as well as how many credits you have at your disposal.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your order by visiting the order history page. You will need your order number, which will be provided in the confirmation e-mail prior to your purchase.

Cancelling Your Order
Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. If an order is cancelled outside of the allotted cancellation time of one hour, we cannot cancel your order once it enters our system. Once you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want in accordance with our 30-day Return Policy. You will also receive free return shipping with your order. If the item is sent back with it's original tags and UPS packing slip, you can receive full credit within 5-7 business days.
